Stress: Everybody has it but nobody knows what it is.

Self Balance aims to assist you in obtaining a healthy control of your body and mind.  Taking your Stress Profile will be a positive experience which will educate and inform you about your stress.

A Stress Profile is an assessment tool that will monitor and record your physiological responses under a variety of stimuli and emotional triggers that your certified trainer will present you with.

Based on the principles of Neuropsychology a Stress Profile will be used to identify a number of anxiety symptoms (e.g. increased respiration, high blood pressure, muscular tension etc) and will provide you with feedback in order to activate appropriate defence mechanisms.

How is the Stress Profile conducted?

Within a stress-free environment and the use of specialized sensors, one’s body reactions will be recorded and information will be gathered by the therapist/coach.
